Platform configuration, your branding, your services and pricing, booking setup, payment integration, admin onboarding and launch support. There is no setup fee and no implementation fee on any membership — booking and payment setup apply on the plans that include them.

Yes. Your domain is yours. We will register or configure it for you if you want us to, but it stays in your name and under your control, and you can point it wherever you like.

That is the point of the structure. Start on Starter with a professional website and basic bookings. Move to Growth when you want to take payments. Move to Pro when you need memberships, staff and automation. Move to Business when you are running a facility.

Each step builds on what is already there, so moving up is not starting again. Larger steps may involve a quote for the new work.

Your business data is your business data — customers, bookings and records. If you leave, we will export it for you in a usable format. We do not hold it hostage to the subscription.

What ends is the managed service: hosting, monitoring, maintenance and support. The notice period and terms are set out in the agreement for your plan, which we go through with you before you sign anything.

No. Card processing fees are charged by the payment provider — Square, Stripe or whoever you already use — and they bill you directly at their published rates.

The same goes for other third-party services a build might need, such as domain registration or usage-based costs that scale with volume. We tell you which ones apply before the build starts.

No, and you should be suspicious of anyone who says otherwise. Your plan covers reasonable maintenance and configuration work: content updates, price and hours changes, photo swaps, service adjustments, fixes.

Substantial new features, new integrations or custom functionality are new development, which means an additional quote or an upgraded plan. We tell you which it is before we start, not afterwards.

For qualifying projects, yes. Forged offers custom ownership, perpetual licensing and buyout options, including source access, for businesses that need to hold the system themselves.

It is priced against the actual scope rather than a fixed figure, and the recurring plan remains the standard model for most businesses.
